March forth today
for you shall not succumb
to the pressures of tomorrow
but you shall live for today
to witness the present moment
with awe and wonderment
because you are here, standing
marching forth towards your better self

A poem about connection.

Photo by Darius Bashar on Unsplash

I’d be lying if I said it was lust
it's a deep connection for me
the soul to soul conversation
my heartsong sings
the energy feels unseparable
this moment was made for you and I
hoping this will turn into more

but, it’s okay if it doesn’t…
my soul is happy it met yours even for just one night

A poem.

we live in moments
not measured by time
but by how we feel
the rush —
oh, how we could relive it just once more!?

we stop for the beauty
that sweeps over us
in the smallest details
from our stories
to reminisce what it felt like

when you stayed up all night to watch the sunrise
when a friend made you laugh until you cried
when nature’s magnificence was beyond words
that silence was the only thing that made sense
the pure awe when you opened your heart to new adventures

these are moments we live out loud to tell
because really, we are all just happy to be here
so remember to remember
your moments are yours
small and powerful, all at the same time

A poem.

be where you are
and give yourself a chance to love
stay present long enough to be unafraid
willingly wear your heart on your sleeve
because one day you will leave this world
and what a shame it would be
if you didn’t give it your all

A poem about loving myself.

Photo by Dainis Graveris on Unsplash

to my divine goddess
I learn to love myself
without shame
to touch
to please
to pleasure

a slow dance, I dance
in my own bed
moving magnetically
the connection
with my salacious soul
pulsating

the sweet humming
energy tingling
inside of me
dripping wet
I am loving…

A poem.

Photo by Gilles Lambert on Unsplash

you hear “comparison is the thief of joy”
and yet, we still let ourselves compare
our joy seems to be somewhat dispensable

with not a care in the world
we willingly sacrifice our joy to others
with every scroll, every like
we let them take it

unaware we are
because the transaction is so small
they slip by without notice
until it compounds into more

here’s your reminder
to take back your joy
you don’t realize it’s priceless
until you’ve bought everything
and nothing brings you joy
